Where's Waldo?

Did you know there’s actually a city in Wisconsin named Waldo? (Me either)

Waldo is located about 8 miles south of Plymouth on Hwy 57 and has a population of about 500 people. Kim and I did a real estate photography shoot for Linda Buchmann of the Sheboygan Falls Remax Buchmann Team in Waldo. The home we shot is at 207 Mulberry Drive in Waldo, WI

Waldo has a small town feel and is growing just a little bit. We just learned the main street is adding a sidewalk! Think about that, a sidewalk on the main street! :) Yes, this is a cute little small town.

This beautiful home is on the corner of Mulberry and Cranberry Ct. As you could imagine, the neighborhood is fluttered with blossoming trees with pink or white flowers this spring. It is nestled quietly between beautiful evergreens to the north and hedges with mature maple trees. The greenery creates natural privacy in the backyard.

The first thing that Kim mentioned to me was all of the bathrooms. “Wow” she said.

“This is a beautiful home. Along with the three bedrooms and finished basement it has two full baths and a TWO half bathrooms! 4 Bathrooms!!!” Kim just lights up when she talks about beautiful homes. Sometimes I can’t tell if it’s the home or the fact that she loves real estate photography so much. But I digress…. She will probably make me take that part out.

The kitchen and dining area are perfect for any family. If you are looking for cupboard space, this home has all the space you need and then some! The dining area looks out over the large deck and peaceful backyard.

We noticed dozens of small finches buzzing from tree to tree, some sitting on the bird feeders, and two mourning doves on the roof cooing. The living room has a large beautiful front window where you can sit and watch the sun set.

Finally, the lower….

Do you like a finished lower? How about one that could have a popcorn maker and home theater? Well, we are pretty sure the home theater will be going with the sellers but, doesn’t that give you ideas as to the size of the finished lower?
