                 PHOTO CHECKLIST

                               BEFORE THE PHOTO SHOOT – PREPARE

 

☐  Open all blinds and drapes.

 

☐  Turn off all ceiling fans.

 

☐  Turn on all lights and replace any burned out bulbs.

 

☐  Dust and Sweep.

 

☐  Wash windows.

 

☐  Hide interior and exterior trash cans.

 

☐  Hide cords when you can.

 

☐  Pets should be removed from the property during the photo shoot.

 

☐  For the smoothest photo shoot, we kindly ask that agents/homeowners

    remain off the property when possible while photography is taking place.

 

☐  Hide pet bowls, litter boxes, and toys.

 

☐  Remove extra clutter from all counters.

 

☐  Store boxes and extra items in the garage, basement, or closets.

 

☐  Put down the toilet seats. Remove personal items from the shower and tub

    or close curtain.

 

☐  Feel free to set dining tables or style other areas to make it look more

     inviting.

 

☐  Hide expensive items like jewelry. The photos are online so it’s better to be.        safe.

 

☐  Take down any family pictures that you might not want online.

 

☐  Make sure all beds are made, blankets are folded, and pillows are placed

     nicely.

 

☐  Put away extra coats, shoes, and other clothing.

 

☐  Keep vehicles out of the driveway and off the street in front of the house.

 

☐  Remove any exterior clutter from the lawn like hoses, toys, bikes, etc.

 

☐  Mow the grass and have your gardens looking their best.

 

☐  Sweep the walkways.

 

☐  Make sure pools and spas are clean and open so we can show them off.
